Well, I'm not exactly sure what this dish is called. It's not one of the very common ones that we're familiar with, but it's very similar to them. This one was rice, with pine nuts, carrots, and peas, and chicken on top. Not sure how it was all prepared, but they loved to fry things in oil here! Nice & healty. ;)
