The grand finale of our time in the States was Karis’ wedding. I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I was to get to go! I can’t imagine missing my sister’s wedding! Many people in our situation wouldn’t be able to make the trip. We are so thankful!!
Karis asked John to lead the first part of the ceremony until after my dad gave her away and then took over. John did a great job!

Karis has always been our little princess, and her wedding certainly reflected that. It was truly a fairytale wedding, exactly what she deserved.
Karis was so sweet to have her hugely pregnant sister as a bridesmaid. Thankfully, I was able to have my dress tailored here in the Middle East!
Uh oh, look who caught the bouquet!
